How To Order
All our new saddles are custom and made-to-order, so we do not provide an online ordering service but we're here to make it easy for you! Here's how it works:
Browse through our range and find a saddle you like. You can then contact Sue directly on 021 339 767 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will talk through your selection, give you any additional information and discuss sizing, fitting and custom detail options such as colour, leather and trimmings.
As standard all new saddles require one of our fitters to visit you and your horse to take measurements and templates of your horse so that we can be sure to get a great fit.
We will then order your saddle and the team at Harry Dabbs Saddlemakers in England will make a custom saddle just for you. We typically expect your new saddle to arrive in 6 - 8 weeks. Once it arrives we will contact you again to arrange another fitting and make sure the new saddle is perfect!
We have a number of good quality preloved saddles available to purchase.

When you've settled on the saddle/s you'd like to try we can discuss whether we will come to you with the saddles you'd like to try and be fitted (and the costs associated with this service) or confirm the cost of a courier (courier charges are typically $40 - 60 depending on your location throughout New Zealand) and discuss payment options.
We will require your credit card details as security and welcome purchases to be paid via bank transfer, cash and credit card (with 3.5% transaction fee).
You can try your saddles for up to 3 days. Then simply contact us again to make payment for the saddle you choose.
The saddles you decide not to purchase must be returned by day 4 (unless otherwise agreed) by your choice of courier and at your cost. ie. Aramax, Post Haste, Fastways etc. We can arrange collection of the saddles, and email you a ticket - to be paid before collection.

It is important that you read and understand our Preloved Saddles Trial Policy. All saddles ordered for trial is on the basis that you have read and understood this policy.
Outside of New Zealand: Preloved saddles can be sold internationally, however they must be paid for in full prior to dispatch, therefore they are sold on an as seen basis and we cannot accept returns.
