Saddle4you Covid Protocol – effective immediately and subject to change based on Government Guidelines.
As the business owner, I have taken the time to consider at length the situation we find ourselves in relating to the services or products provided by Saddle4you and our Agents.
I wish to make clear the business decision to ensure we continue to support our clients in a timely manner, with top quality products and services whilst respecting individual perspectives and the underpinning Government guidelines around the Covid pandemic.
We will not discriminate based on whether a client is vaccinated or not, or expect mask-wearing whilst outside, but wish social distancing protocols to be followed. Scanning of QR codes if available, or signing a manual sign-in sheet is to be followed, if available.
Our Agents have chosen their right around vaccinations and are not required to prove this to any client, and some have mask-wearing exemptions. This doesn’t stop our clients from following their mask-wearing protocols.
Our Agents are happy to meet clients at a mutually agreeable location and we respect everyone’s decision on their stance relating to Covid vaccinations but do ask for common sense to prevail. Bullying, inappropriate language nor abuse will be tolerated by Saddle4you, if your horse resides at a property that has mandated vaccination then an alternative venue will need to be sought.
